Job Responsibilities:-
• To assist on all recruitment and selection also on-boarding
• To assist on training and development – inclusive preparing job analysis/hrdf claims
• To assist on performance management system
• To assist on HRMIS – inclusive employee data maintenance, system administrator and approver (except payroll management system)
• To assist on advance and claims – all departments
• To assist on employee’s travelling issue – accommodations/transport (local)
• To assist on leave management system
• To assist in any ad hoc assignments as assigned by HRM (HR matters only)
