• COMPLY with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, EQA 1974, ESA 1990 and other applicable acts, legislations, orders, rules, codes of practices and other requirements.
• PREVENT harm, injury and ill health to employees and pollution to the environment through continuous improvement in SHE’s management.
• PROVIDE facilities, materials, and resources so that all workers could work in an environment that complies with SHE’s requirements; and
• ENSURE that all employees understand and adhere to the POLICY.
